Spring Fawn
Fawn was one of the first characters I ever chose to cosplay, and she’s one that has stuck with me all through the years! I’m always eager to start on a new version of her, and when I saw her “spring” variant in 2010, it shot to the top of the list – but it wasn’t until 2014 that I was finally able to finish it!
My Fawn wig is an original Jeannie from Arda Wigs and has gone through several sessions of restyling over the years! The base is pulled up into a high ponytail, which the ponytail clip is then attached to over the top. I added some fake leaves and oral trim for extra decoration, along with a large fake sun flower.
The tunic was made entirely of cotton sateen that began completely white and was then painted with floral spray-paint. Wire was incorporated in the lower hem.
I made the pants using textured dancewear spandex and did quite a bit of detailing work to them using acrylic paint and rhinestones.
